Please let us know the nature of your complaint, your name and daytime contact number and details of how you would like us to resolve your complaint or concern.

Our Response
We will endeavour to respond to your complaint immediately and with the minimum of inconvenience.

If we are unable to respond straight away this will be due to the fact that we need to gather a little more information before we respond, however we will provide the following:

• Details of who is handling your complaint and how to contact them.
Sometimes this may not be the person who received your complaint but the individual best placed to deal with it.
• We will aim to keep you informed of any progress.
Please be aware that when we need to liaise with third parties (such as vehicle manufacturers or suppliers) for assistance or information, we may not be able to resolve your complaint as quickly as we would like to.
• We aim to resolve your complaint within four weeks.
If we are unable to do so, we will write explaining what's happening and why.

What if we cannot resolve your complaint?

Of course, we will try our very best to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. If for any reason we are unable to do so, or you are unhappy with our response, your complaint will then be passed on to a third party regulatory body.

Motor Codes is the government-backed, self-regulatory body for the motor industry and is committed to maintaining high standards covering new cars, the administration of new car warranties and car service and repair. So, whether you're buying a new car from us or need a service or repair job carrying out, we are fully committed to the Chartered Trading Standards Institute-approved codes of practice.

The Motor Codes Advisory and Conciliation Service will offer free impartial advice and when appropriate an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service which we are fully committed to in the event that you are not satisfied with the outcome of a dispute.

Where any dispute cannot be resolved through ADR, the Purchase Order and Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
